About Us

CRT Racing was formed for the 2022 racing season at Thunder City Speedway in Thunder Bay Ontario Canada. The goal was to provide the opportunity to a candidate that may not have the available opportunity to race. A driver search was opened with Kolby Reed, then 15  being the selected driver. Needless to say, the season was more successful than anyone could've imagined! Kolby won the Wisota Rookie of the Year in the Midwest Modified class. Modified class driver Colin Chaschuk served as a mentor and won several racers himself along the way. Colin's daughter raced in the Hornet class into the season.

For the 2023 season, Tanner Henderson joins the team running a Midwest Modified along with the returning Kolby Reed. Emellie and brother Nathan Henny join the team in the Hornet class. Again this season, all purse winnings will be presented to Our Kids Count charity.
